Your website is hosted on our secure managed server, which is backed up every 24 hours. This means that in the event of something happening to your website content we can simply and easily roll it back to the previous day.
Software, extension and plug-in updates. Most open source websites are based on a combination of these. It’s a great system, but all of these component parts need to be checked and updated regularly. Why? Because quite simply it only needs one of these to need an update and your whole website can fail. We make sure that this doesn’t happen – we check all our websites and run updates – so you don’t have to!
All of this is important as it keeps your website online. As most businesses rely heavily on their online presence we consider this to be the most important part of what we do.
